Can I make a change or cancel my return request?

If you’d like to change or cancel a return request, please get in touch with a member of our team. When you get in touch, please provide your name, home address, details of the order and your contact details.

How can I return an item I no longer want or need?

Please contact our customer services team to let us know you want to return or exchange your order. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be in perfect re-saleable condition on our receipt, in order for a refund to be issued.W

Do I have to pay to return my items?

Yes, returns and exchanges are at your own cost. We only pay return delivery costs when items are faulty.
